My 90 year old in laws needed a ride to Burbank airport and we could not take them. I insisted they use George at PROLUX instead of an Uber. They were thrilled with the service and safety of the ride. I was happy as I knew they were in good hands. Thanks!

Amazing experience with this company. We were traveling with 6 people (including 2 children), so I was a bit stressed- especially since our flight times were pretty random. They really did everything to alleviate that stress, and went above and beyond on both the pickup and drop-off. On top of that pricing was very reasonable and the transportation itself was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Highly highly recommended.

Very good experience traveling from the office to LAX. It was a very quick trip during peak travel time in LA. George was a good driver, and nice and knowledgeable about the area. I'll use them every time I get out to LA.

On our last return flight, our plane had mechanical issues and we were late deplaning. George was understanding and still had the same great attitude as he always does. I have used several different car services over the years for both work and personal travel needs and Prolux Auto Group is the absolute best of the best. Always on time, beautiful cars immaculately maintained, friendly drivers who are clearly committed to the highest professional standards of customer service...they are without question a world-class operation. An unexpected change to our airline reservations forced us to make a last minute call for car service for the next day which was Sunday. Without hesitation, the gentleman at the Prolux office, George, said that he would do whatever it takes to make the necessary arrangements for us to get to LAX from our home in Orange County. As it turned out, there were no drivers available on such short notice and at 6:30 on Sunday morning. George went above and beyond to keep his promise to do whatever it takes, and personally drove over 65 miles to pick us up and take us to the airport. We will be eternally grateful to George for coming to our rescue, and will remain loyal to Prolux Auto Group for the rest of our lives.

Wouw.... I was so glad I found Prolux on midnite (Christmas Eve), was desperate to find transport to LAX for my trip, connected with George, he is such a great guy, very professional and friendly. The SUV was so clean and spotless. My return trip was delay 3.5 hours due to the plane had to land in Honolulu for medical emergency. George and me had great communications about the delay, he picked me up from LAX at midnite. I would highly recommend Prolux if you ever need transport to anywhere you go. Good services with personal touch. Definitely will use Prolux again.

I had a cross country flight scheduled to land at midnight — due to a mechanical issue, it arrived at 3am. They were there on-time and and in good spirits! Beyond the call of duty. I rate them A++

The extreme professionalism of George ( the owner and our driver) made us feel so comfortable and special. He is so dependable, always on time. From booking our car service reservation with George, to being picked up at LAX this past Sunday evening by Vache -- everything went flawlessly! I can't recommend George & Prolux enough. He is so communicative and responsive. Vache was also great -- letting us know that he had arrived and to just let him know the column number we were standing by at LAX, and he arrived just a few minutes later. We were exhausted from flying internationally and his timeliness was sooo appreciated. The car was beautiful and comfortable. Last year we had used a different car service after arriving at LAX from Hawaii and they never showed AND charged us. It was a nightmare and we never got a refund. George and Prolux will be my go-to car service from now on! Thank you George and Vache!

Very easy to schedule, reasonably priced, the driver was organized and sent a confirmation text the day before, great communication picking us up curbside at the airport once we had our bags, and a pleasure to ride with to our destination.

Can’t say enough good things about George and Vic at Prolux. I found them via all great Yelp reviews - the reviews were accurate. George was highly responsive and proactive in communication with me. My Aunt was flying from NY to SoCal and I did all the planning from NorCal. George even caught that we had an error in the flight number . Vic the driver was beyond courteous and and engaged in conversation with my aunt the entire drive. We are booking the return trip now and will use Prolux whenever we need transpo in SoCal! He booked my car and communicated everything less than 24 hours before and was willing to pick me up at my hotel at 4am and drive an hour to Ontario Airport, so I'd make my flight. I have used Pro Lux Auto Group on numerous occasions for service to LAX and Burbank Airports as well as the Los Angeles Cruise Port Terminal in San Pedro. George and those that work for him are always on time, courteous, and professional.

Could not have been any more perfect. George kept in touch with us as far as when he would pick us up and he was right on time. He knew exactly when to make conversation and when not to. I owned my own business for 40 years and I could tell that he was really good at his job. And the vehicle was so comfortable. I am pretty sure it was a Hyundai Palisades SUV. We will definitely use him next time we are going to LAX or Burbank airport.

We recently took our first flight since the start of the pandemic and wanted a car service for an easy trip to and from LAX. We contacted Prolux because they had good reviews on Yelp and they were located near our home. We try and use local people whenever we can. We spoke with George and gave him all of the details. He texted back with a complete itinerary and we paid with a credit card so the set up was easy and hassle free. On the morning of our flight George himself showed up in a shiny new black SUV that was very comfortable and of course he dropped us off right where we needed to be. When we returned our plane was delayed getting to a gate. George kept in contact with us by text and we let him know when we had our bags and we were heading out and he was right there. If you need to get in and out of LAX without the hassle of juggling your luggage on busses, ride share, or parking lot shuttles this is the way to go. We were extremely pleased with the service from George and Prolux and we highly recommend them for anyone that needs a personal car service or airport transportation.

Great service punctual with pickup and drop off, and George seems to be a nice guy also. SUV clean and good looking, will use next time.

I used this service for the first time last month for a ride to and from the airport for a trip to Europe. George, the owner, was my driver. He was exceptional. Honestly, I'm am so grateful I found PROLUX. I travel alot and needed to find a reliable and trustworthy company. From beginning to end George was outstanding. From the new SUV that picked me up on time which was immaculate! to all the minor details. Cold waters, different types of gum, mints, chargers on every seat and most importantly, the drivers demeanor made the drive to the Airport so relaxing which put me at ease. I have to admit I was surprised at how much attention to detail this company provides. I definitely will be using PROLUX from now on and have already told my friends and family. We are so grateful for Prolux Auto Group. Although we have family close by, our family of 3 decided to be kind and use a car service instead due to an early flight out of LAX. I negotiated the price for round trip pickup and drop off and paid in advance. George was prompt to our home in the SFV (3:15 AM). The ride was smooth. At pick-up George was there for us as soon as we came out with our luggage (no need to go to different levels). I would definitely use this service again.

The best service period. Nothing else needs to be said. However I will add a word about George. He is extremely intuitive. He understands with out being told. If you want to hold conversation or just ride in silence. Bottle of water and a pack of gum awaits you. I laugh about the gum. When traveling gum is the last thing you think of for the trip. George has brand new pack fie you to take on your trip. Enough said I will always call George.

I needed a ride to my nephew’s wedding. I hadn’t used a taxi service or Uber in quite some time so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I called this one service and they had me on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up. I then called Prolux Auto Group. They answered immediately and after speaking with George, I felt comfortable with using them to provide my transportation for such an important event. The car was immaculate and I remember mentioning this to George. And, George was cool too! He was very conversational and just made the ride a comfortable experience for me. At that point I knew I wanted George to provide the return ride for me as well. I would definitely use Prolux Auto Group again!

Last week, I had to catch a flight out of LAX. George picked me up in Palmdale at the scheduled time and we reached the airport in a little over an hour. The ride was a pleasant one, and George was personable and professional. George was fantastic. We had to get our mom the COVID -19 vaccination which was about an hour away from her home. His car was clean and easily accessible. He was on time. Picked her up. Words can’t possibly express what a fun and smooth ride I had to LAX. I told the driver I was nervous about my flight due to COVID and he me laugh so hard with his hilarious jokes that I was completely relaxed and smiling the entire flight simply remembering his antics. I will use him every time I need to take a ride to catch a flight!
