“Prolux was amazing! We used their services for my nieces wedding at Calamigos Ranch. George was able to Coordinate everything smoothly with their 14 passenger Mercedes sprinter, 2 Escalades and a Suburban. George reassured me that It would all come together nicely and he certainly delivered our party of 150 guests beautifully as promised. I can’t say enough except for THANK YOU SO MUCH for making the Bride & Groom happy on their honeymoon! Highly Recommend!!!”

“We were very happy with our entire experience with George and Prolux. From pickup in his beautiful and meticulously maintained vehicle to drop off at the airport we felt comfortable and also confident we would arrive in time. We had a disabled passenger with a 65lb. mobility scooter. My husband and I weren’t in shape to lift it due to recent surgeries. It was great to have someone we could rely on to help with that. We usually book an uber but you cannot be guaranteed that they can always help you. The cost of Prolux wasn’t much more and likely was the same once you add in uber surcharges and tip. Totally worth it and would use again.”

“We had a wonderful experience using Prolux during our past Travel. My Wife discovered them when looking for an alternative to Uber because our group of (4) with luggage was too large. Prolux guaranteed to send a vehicle that could accommodate us. Their GMC Yukon XL did it. Their Driver, George, arrived promptly for an early morning trip to LAX. The Driver loaded all our luggage. For the trip to LAX, water was provided. We arrived on time. Our Driver unloaded our luggage with a smile! Using Prolux created a relaxing, no stress Departure experience. We again used Prolux for our return trip home from LAX. Even though we were only a party of two now, the same vehicle was provided. Our Driver, George, arrived to pick us up less than 5 mins after providing our location at the Airport. Again, water was provided for our return home. George helped wheel our luggage to our door step. And, again, we experienced a relaxing, no stress return home. Going forward, if the choice is between using the Van Nuys FlyAway, Uber or Prolux, we hands down will choose Prolux. See you again soon!”

“Once again, George provided us with over-the-top excellent customer service from the door of our home, to LAX. He got our bags out of the car and immediately got us checked in curbside for our international flight. Two weeks later, he was there to meet us within a minute of walking out the doors of LAX to return home. His vehicles are always luxurious, extremely clean, with fresh cold water, and chewing gum, always provided. George has provided transportation to us for the last eight years and it just keeps getting better and better”
